This was a house that had great potential, but required a great amount of work. We took our time to accurately bring our client’s vision to life. In the end, we managed to implement everything the client wanted several days ahead of the deadline.
West London, Balham
A house in dire need of restoration, this home was quite a challenge. We started by removing the old roof, the floors, and the partition walls. We then worked on restructuring all the crumbling windows and wall plaster. We also added new plumbing and electrical installations, bringing our clients a new home fitted to the highest standard.
We took a very broad approach for this project, as the building demanded a total refurbishment. Starting with an extension from the side and back of the property in order to add more space to this cramped lot, we later moved on to the kitchen which received a total makeover. Adding some finishing touches later, we really helped make this home come alive again!
This house demanded a refurbishment in various areas in order to fulfil the owner’s vision. We added an extension at the back of the building to add space, as well as a loft to create a new area for the owners. The kitchen was also completely overhauled with our new kitchen furniture. We also added bespoke wardrobes, as well as a plumbing and electrical installation to help modernise this property.
This home was in need of a solid refurbishing. It had a ton of potential to begin with – we nearly brought it out. We added more space through extensions and refreshed the existing space through a thorough house refurbishment. We left no space untouched – even the front and back gardens were reworked to be more pleasant.
This currently ongoing project is no small undertaking. We’ve already commenced with a lot of digging work to make room for a basement. On that surface, we are tasked with building three new flats. Everything is going smoothly and we predict that this project will be completed on time.
